Our engineers tell you about the maintenance of ultrasonic mould

Ultrasonic mold maintenance is very important. To maintain it properly, the service life of the mold should be half longer, and it is not easy to produce oxidation and cracks. The use effect will be much better. The following are the maintenance methods of ultrasonic mold:

1: Please use standard tool accessories when handling horn（ Square mold - round bar, round mold - hooker)

2: Avoid knocking and filing on the upper die to prevent frequency or vibration or abnormal vibration nodes.

3: When installing horn, please apply a thin layer of grease on the bottom (vibrator joint surface) to facilitate the transmission and disassembly of ultrasonic mold.

4: When the mold without hardening surface treatment is not used for a long time, please wrap it with oilcloth to prevent oxidation of Al Ti alloy.
