It is correct to analyze the economic benefit of the mould from the following factors: production speed (several products per unit time), total production when the mould loss is reached, the stability of the product fusion standard, the influence of the machine on the wear rate and so on.
We find that the molds are in good condition for more than five years, but they are also damaged within a week. Of course, during the warranty period (generally three months), the manufacturer can still be required to remake them free of charge. However, there are also situations where the warranty period just exceeds one day, or when only a small number of products are produced but the warranty period has exceeded. This is not worth the loss! This can be discussed from two aspects: software (overload) and hardware (mold erection)

Item 1 overload, upper die rupture: usually, because the ultrasonic welding machine itself has overload protection, if the molds manufactured by ultrasonic manufacturers have been inspected and delivered, if there is an ultrasonic optimal working point error, it will not exceed the scope of protection, just need to fine tune, and overload is less likely to occur. However, we should not make our own ultrasonic upper mold (self-made lower mold will not affect it). The frequency, current and guide have not been detected by ultrasonic. Once they are installed on the machine, they will burn out instantly. In the expert's design, if the electronic parts and energy amplifiers (upper mold) need to be removed under the inevitable burning out state, why does the vibration system break down according to its protection sequence? Because the vibration system is the most expensive!
