Safety protection of friction welding

1. The operator must be familiar with the operation sequence and performance of the machine tool, and it is strictly forbidden to use the equipment beyond the performance.

2. The operator must be trained, tested or assessed to be qualified before taking the post with certificate.

3. Before starting the machine, fill oil according to the equipment lubrication chart, and check the oil level or filling point of the oil gauge.

4. Start the oil pump motor, clamp the workpiece with elastic chuck, adjust the pressure of hydraulic system, working pressure, clamping pressure and upsetting pressure, and check the lubrication of spindle box.

5. In the adjustment state, adjust the moving speed and distance of sliding table and tool rest.

6. Check the lubrication, clutch and brake of the spindle box, and rotate the spindle at low speed.

7. Reset before shutdown, turn off the spindle motor, and turn off the oil pump motor after the spindle stops.

8. Turn off the main electric control switch of the machine tool and the air switch of the electric control cabinet.

9. Clean the machine tool and inject oil according to the equipment lubrication chart or oil injection point.

10. It is strictly forbidden to wear slippers, sandals and half shorts to prevent iron filings from scalding. It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves to operate.

11. The anti rotation block of fixture must be locked to avoid screw or anti rotation block flying? br />

12. The loading and unloading fixture shall be equipped with special spanner, and the spring fixture with cone deformation shall not be installed for use.

13. Fast forward and fast backward cannot be adjusted too fast to prevent danger. The belt tension must be appropriate and the protective cover must be locked.

14. The amount before trimming should be from small to large, and the work progress should be appropriate.

15. The cleaning oil should be treated in time, the tempering oil should not be filled too full, and the material should be put and taken carefully.

16. The oil barrel of the machine tool shall be well grounded and shall not be disassembled and repaired without authorization.
