Ultrasonic welding of automobile wiring harness is to weld multiple or single strands of wires into a knot by ultrasonic action. Its advantages are: good conductivity after welding, very low or nearly zero resistance coefficient; Short welding time, without any flux, gas, solder.
Attention should be paid to the ultrasonic welding of automobile wire harness
1、 Wires should not be tinned or galvanized. Although they can be welded in some cases, the effect will be discounted.
2、 The model is selected according to the cross-sectional area of the wire. Yw-20xa ultrasonic wire harness welder: suitable for welding wire with cross-sectional area of 1-25mm ²， This model is equivalent to German mini model; Yw-20xb ultrasonic wire harness welding machine: suitable for welding wire with cross-sectional area of 1-40mm ²， The model is equivalent to the German gs-40 model; Yw-40xa ultrasonic wire harness welder: suitable for welding wire with cross-sectional area of 0.5-10mm ²。 3、 The wire harness welding machine needs good quality control software to judge the quality of each welding spot.
4、 How to judge the quality of wire harness machine, only a few questions can judge whether it is done well
1. How to calculate the aspect ratio of wiring harness? What criteria should be met?
2. Whether the joint fixation of single secondary bar meets the mechanical strength requirements? How to control the amount of compression?
3. Is it OK to use metal welding machine instead of plastic welding circuit for metal welding? The metal welding machine changed from plastic welding circuit can still cope with the proofing process, but if mass production is needed, a lot of problems will come, and the first thing is the stability of production.
